1) How Do I Place My Order ?
All orders can be made through by e-mail, visit our office or contact us.
2) How Do I Confirm My Order ?
Upon we received your full payment. You are required to complete all the necessary information of your order, including attaching your artwork, selecting the material type and all printing requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid your orders delay, payment must be made before processing.
You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting to us.
3) What Type Of Format Design File You Accept ?
Recommend picture resolution not less than 300 DPI to ensure high quality reproduction & final artwork recommendation :
• Adobe Illustrator (AI) - CS3
• Adobe Acrobat Document (PDF)
• Adobe Photoshop (PSD) - CS3
**Please make sure you have check your artwork design file thoroughly before submitting to us.
Here are some important checklist should follow:
a) In CMYK colour mode <250%. Do not contains any Pantone / RGB colour.
b) All image's resolution minimum 300 dpi (except for inkjet minimum 72 dpi in actual size)
c) All file have done with bleeding (use our template to prepare your artwork)
d) All text must created outline
e) All link file must embed
f) Transparency / Complex effects are flatten
g) Colour tints (toning) must more than 10%
4) How Do I Send or Upload My Design File ?
You can send us your file via few options:
• Drop us an email to wcf_print@yahoo.com (for file less than 10MB)
• Try using http://www.sendspace.com to upload a file (less than 300MB)
• Try using Skype (ID: wcf.print) to upload a file (less than 100MB)
• Send us your CD to our office or call us for assistant.
5) How Many Colours Can I Print My Order ?
All order are print in CMYK Colour Process. Special quote required for pantone & others special colour processes.
6) How Long Does It Take to Process My Order ?
After confirmation of artwork, from minimum 4-6 working days to maximum 7-15 working days or above (exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holidays). Any add-on finishing process (Example: round corner, creasing line, cut into various ips, etc) subject to additional of processing days. Process day will depend on which product and quantity you are ordered.
7) Do Your Company Accept Rush Orders ?
Please contact us before you place orders and our company have right to decide follow our jobs schedule whether to accept or refuse your orders.
8) Can I Get Refund If I Cancel or Change My Order ?
Sorry you cannot cancel orders or change your design once your orders has process. Otherwise a cancellation fees of 30% on purchase prices will be imposed. All payment paid are non refundable.
9) What Do I Do If I Am Dissatisfied With My Order ?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please call our Customer Service within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction. Our Customer Service department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any typing, image, colours or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process.
10) Will The Color of My Printed Product Match 100% to The Original Color of My Design ?
NO. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
11) Can I Print Anything I Want ?
Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. WCF Printing Services (M) S/B will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.
We also not responsible for Client's copyright infringement of artwork content.
DELIVERY
1) How will you deliver my goods ?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier company.
2) Which areas does your delivery service cover ?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in malaysia. Please check courier company's website for delivery areas but not accepted P.O. Box.
3) Can i collect my orders personally from your office ?
Yes. you can collect your order after the production has been completed. Please contact us before you come to collect.
4) Does your company guarantee on time delivery of my goods ?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods but we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.

2) Can I Request For Credit Terms ?
No. All the payment must fully paid upon confirmation order. Please note that we will only start the production upon receipt of your full payment.
3) Do You Accept Payment By Credit Card ?
We are sorry, we do not accept Credit Card for the time being.
4) Do I Need To Inform After Bank in The Payment ?
Yes. To ensure that all transaction clear & understand, please fax or email the proof of payment to our account department within the office hours. (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm). Please write down your order detail and contact number, so that our company can process your order as soon as possible.
